Call our customer service, schedule an appointment, and visit our office to meet with an engineer in person. We recommend contacting us via WhatsApp, and we typically respond within 24 hours. However, please allow up to 3 days for a response if we are experiencing a high volume of inquiries or if your question requires more in-depth research. Before reaching Out for Assistance: Ensure that you’ve already searched for a solution online and haven’t found a suitable answer. If your issue is product-related, review the product’s specifications and user manual on the supplier’s website. Confirm that the product you need assistance with was purchased from Tech Windrow. Verify that your project doesn’t involve any legal restrictions (e.g., we do not provide support for drones).
Terms and Conditions:
We offer technical support exclusively for products purchased from Tech Windrow. To verify your purchase, we may request your order ID or voucher number. Products not purchased from Tech Windrow are not eligible for technical assistance. We do not provide “lists of components” for specific projects. Instead, we will suggest similar or equivalent products available on our website based on the components you provide. Technical support will not be provided if it appears that the product or project is intended for illegal or unethical purposes. Tech Windrow reserves the right to determine eligibility for technical assistance and may refuse support at its discretion.
