To purchase products from Tech Windrow, you need to create an account on our website at www.techwindrow.com . All orders must be placed through your account on the site; we do not accept orders via email, SMS, or phone calls. We also do not offer offline sales. Within Dhaka, you can receive the delivery through the same amount of money as the delivery charge, according to your location.

Order Status Details:
When you place an order, it moves through several stages in the fulfillment process:
- Processing – Your order has been received and is being prepared.
- Verified – We’ve confirmed the details of your order by reaching out to you.
- Shipped – Your order is fully packed and has been sent to our shipping department, ready for delivery.
- On Hold – This means we need additional information or action before we can ship your order. We’ll contact you if this happens.

Order Cancellation
If your order is in the Processing or Verified stage, you can cancel it by reaching out to us via WhatsApp at 01999-58212110 between 10 AM and 11 PM. Outside of these hours, you can email us at contact@techwindrow.com. However, please note that depending on shipping speed, your order may have already been dispatched by the time we receive your message. In that case, cancellation will not be possible. To avoid any issues, double-check your cart before confirming your order.
Delivery and Payment Information
For customers in Dhaka city and other Sub-District cities, we guarantee home delivery. However, for locations outside these areas, home delivery may depend on whether your address falls within the coverage area of our partner courier service. If it doesn’t, you might be asked to pick up your product(s) from the nearest courier service office. Regarding payment options, we offer two methods: “cash on delivery” and “digital payment” (e.g., bKash and other available options). If you choose cash on delivery, you’ll pay when you receive your order. For digital payments, you’ll need to complete the payment in advance, and we’ll ship your order once the payment is confirmed.
