Conditions for Returns

The following items cannot be returned: Customized or personalized products. Products that deteriorate quickly or have expired. Products that are inseparably mixed with other items post-delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet these conditions, at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable to regularly priced items. Sale items are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Returning Goods: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items. Please send the goods to the following address: House 7, Road 1B, Nikunjo 2, Khilkhet, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh. The return should be made within 5 days of receiving your order. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service as we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged during return shipping.
